Background & Experience
Weldon Dietze was born and raised in South Texas and has called "Corpus Christi" home for the past eight years. He earned his Texas Real Estate Salesperson license while attending Texas A&M University in College Station where he majored in Agricultural Economics with an interest in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate through the F.I.R.E. program. Early in his career Weldon sought after the sales and leasing of office buildings in the Corpus Christi area. After honing his skills in the professional office arena he began taking on retail and industrial sites to expand his familiarity with all markets he would eventually encounter. Near the beginning of his arrival onto the real estate scene Weldon recognized his astounding ability to communicate with everyone involved in the transaction. From clients to competitors and each person around or in-between, Weldon constantly finds himself resolving issues and getting the deal done. The recognition of his unprecedented abilility led Weldon to do what he does best which is simply to represent.
