Lynann began working in San Antonio with Tom Turner Interests, Inc. She primarily focused on the leasing of TTI's new retail developments consisting of approximately 400,000 square feet.

Lynann moved to Corpus Christi in 1987 to begin work with Trammell Crow Company as they developed their position in that market. Since 1987, Lynann has been responsible for leasing retail properties that comprise approximately 1,000,000 square feet.

Lynann was the on-site property manager for Moore Plaza Shopping Center for 8 1/2 years. Moore Plaza is made up of more than 500,000 square feet. In addition, she has managed Town & Country Shopping Center and Huntington Square Shopping Center, just to mention a few.
